Hand-to-hand combat (free fighting) is the ultimate test of one's unarmed combat skills. Hong Style Taijiquan's movements are identical to actual combative applications and consist of very simple, yet effective, techniques. Although there may be few Taijiquan practitioners today adept in taijiquan's combative skills, this disc reveals some of the core concepts and techniques to benefit all Taijiquan practitioners.
